Greetings from the Cabal of the Blue Moon

Well after months and months of trying to decide what I wanted to play for my first real army I just kept coming back to Dark Eldar. I tried Tau and Eldar, my brother plays Demons, Tyranids and Orks. I even bought a brand new Grey Knight Army, started to put it together and I just kept getting pulled to the dark side. So I sold the rest of the stuff, took a small hit to buy my army. I am sure I will have lots of questions and have been on Dakka for a while but I really enjoy this site and would like to add to the community. Now I have never painted before but am getting tips from my brother and putting together my list.

Hiyas and welcome aboard, Blue Cabal! I went through the same growing pains myself. I was into Chaos, but wasn't sure which direction I wanted to go in. I decided to google Conversions, and that's when I found my army: Orks

I've had a really hard time resisting the allure of Dark Eldar. Heck, I don't even like Elves. But I've really come to love the models and background, so here I am ready to jump in with both feet.

While I'm not an experienced Dark Eldar player, I have been gaming and modeling for a number of years so don't be shy if you have any questions!

I bet you'll find a lot of help here to ease the start with your spiky dark elves from space
