Well with the purchase of my whole army at once I am going to start to document the build up and play of my first real army for 40K. I am new to the whole playing part, I sold 40k on Ebay for a long time so I am familiar with the armies and I read extensively from the books and online forums. I just figured it was time to play since my brother and my nephews all play. He plays Demons\Tyranids\Orks.
Like most things I don't start slow so I purchased
2 Battleforces (Brand new) 2 Raiders ( both glued )(Primed) 1 Ravager ( Glued )(Primed) 2 Razorwings ( 1 glued 1 new )(1 Primed) 2 Venoms ( 1 glued 1 New )(1 Primed) 6 Reavers ( all glued ) 5 Incubi ( Metal and glued )(Primed) 1 Haeme ( glued ) 30 Warriors ( glued )(Primed) 20 Witches ( New ) 1 Archon ( metal Glued )
Last night I spent almost 90 minutes cutting out and glueing 10 Warriors and 10 Wyches... lord that was time consuming... My goal for this month is to get 1500 points ready to play with at least a primer base coat.
What is the best way to do these since I have multiple of each, to assmebly line them? Doing more than one unit of the same together?

Wow that's a lot of models to get painted.
I would certainly go for an assembly line, if you really want to plough through them, get those family members of yours one weekend each of you doing one specific colour and you'll have the, done in no time

Sounds awsome. I was wondering how you are planning to paint your army?
