Since Vect took over the dark city the back stabbing and treachery amongst all Dark elves has risen exponentially. The main reason was that any warrior cannot take his place of power. This was how the lowly Kalabite warrior, Q'Lunar from the Kabal of the Splintered Claw started his rise to Archon of the Blue Moon. As with every tale there has to be a beginning and Q'Lunar was attending one of the hundreds of raids he participated on. Unfortunately this raid would be the one that changed his ambition to be more than a lowly soldier.
Q'Lunar was hanging from the Raider as it entered real space above the battlefield of Prociren. This was his 78th raid with the Splintered Claw and he only wished that he did not have to be sent back to the Coven to have any repairs. Dropping down amongst the pitiful mon' keigh he danced among them with a speed and dexterity he always had that made him faster and more brutal then most. After dispatching a squad of the slow humans he looked around for a trophy to add to his collection. The battle was ending as quickly as it started and the prisoners were being herded towards the glowing portal at the end of the field. Thinking to one up his brothers of the kabal he walked over a small hill and looked for anything unique he could bring back. As he scanned the horizon he heard the faint whisper of something farther ahead. Looking back things were still ongoing and he sprinted over the next hill to find a small wooded area in the middle of nowhere. As he approached the sense of power grew and the whisper grew louder telling him to come close. Like most dark elves his vein ego could not resist the pull of something so powerful. He went to the wooded area walked in to find a small cave coming out of the ground with a soft blue light humming from inside. Amazingly as he entered the small cave he found the inside of the entire cave to be covered with a wondrous deep midnight blue stone. In the center of the cave, stood a display with a small stone that resembled a sapphire. As he stepped close the stone laughed in a deep voice and said "Power or death" as Q'Lunar looked around he noticed the bones of an Eldar lying on the floor near the stone... His reply was the only one a true Dark Eldar would ever say...
POWER......
That's it for now
