Greetings Archons and Succubi, (Haemy's GTFO [ones with Shattershards can stay])

I wanted to get this list up for critique sooner than later as I am rebuilding my fleet... from scratch.

With that being said, I'm looking to the new edition with a list along the same lines as the one I was playing with when I quit. Obviously being called Yacht Club, it was just spamming as many boats as possible to help with confusion of my opponent (but being clear when asked) to force him to make decisions and mistakes. While also varying my force with different assortments of firepower, DLs, Dizzies, SCannons and using the now heightened speed to outmaneuver and overpower opponents.

So real question, in your eyes, is this idea still viable? What adjustments do you see that might be needed? Why?
