Hello!
I'm looking for some opinions regarding my starting 1000 point list that i'm going to expand on, the idea is to have a solid foundation list that I can add some fun (and awesome) models to as I expand my collection, yet still being able to have a good go at playing with those added to the list.
I also haven't played 40k for a fairly long time (5th edition was the last time i recall). So i'd be hoping that the list could allow for me to make some mistakes whilst not throwing a game completely.

I currently only have a 'get started box' and the above was thought up with the idea of grabbing another + the ravagers. Anyways, any thoughts? I was worried that I may have too many high strength weapons and run the risk of being 'that guy' when I rock up at one of the local clubs for my first game.
Cheers.
