Next codex announcements?

There is an open day at Warhammer World on 6th January. The article suggests they will be talking about upcoming releases for 2018. The other codex announcements seem to have been made at events etc, so I'd be very surprised if the next batch of lucky winners aren't revealed there.

oh yes plz, i rly need the new codex. All my friends has army with new codex and are more competitive than me ;(

Whilst I think they will be announcing the next releases on the 6th, I'm definitely not banking on DE being one of them! But each army ticked off does bring our codex closer.

I disagree. They will try to make it slightly better then the index, so there will be 5 sentences added.

In all seriousness I don't think it's too unreasonable to assume they might announce the codex releases for the next 3-4 months and that dark eldar might be included. On the other hand I'm only a recent convert to DE so maybe the healthy dose of skepticism for DE players hasn't affected me yet.

Maybe Deathwatch, Necrons, and Tau/Orcs?

I strongly suspect that teaser is for necrons, doesn't really fit any other faction.

It'll be a new faction just to mess with us!

Warhammer 40,000 Facebook page states it is a "HUGE" announcement.

Necrons comes to mind first...but that wouldn't be a huge announcement, that would simply be another codex release.

Sisters of Battle / Sisters of Silence.

That's my guess. It is GW, god forbid they focus on anything other than the gd Imperium.

I'll take it a step further and say GW attempts to temper the fact that they are doing yet another Imperium focus by announcing Tau/Necron codexes next.

And heard some rumors that the other 2 are necrons and ynnari.
