Your friend's points are also totally wrong.
He's using the Index point cost for his Phoenix (135) instead of the Chapter Approved points (183).
He's using the Chapter Approved points for his Corsair reavers (7, down from 9 in the Index), but didn't pay the +2 ppm for their braces of pistols.
His first Warlock is listed as being 175 points. I have no clue how he got that. Is that supposed to be a Wraithseer?
Finally, he’s only paying 24 points for each Shining Spear. They’re 31 points each (18 base +8 laser lance +5 twin shuriken catapult.)
