Pure Wych Cult/Haemonculus Coven lists

So as the above topic asks: do you think that Mono-Wych Cult, or Mon-Haemie Coven lists can work? The impression I get from how the current codex works in the meta is that Kabals really give you some of the most flexible and competetive options, and, if memory serves, Hero et al have already demonstrated that pure Kabal lists can work competetively. But I wonder, can the same be said of pure Wych or Haemie lists, or do they really need the support of Kabal units to function well?

They can function but require more than 2 brain cells to operate so people usually go for the easy win.

Wych cults can win, but are a lot harder to build an TAC list with.

Cults are dumb easy you just have to literally only take like 4 models: flyers, Wyches, Succubi, transports. Copy and paste.

That seems like a rather simplistic answer, if you don't mind my saying so. I don't suppose anyone has any decent examples of pure Cult/Coven army lists?

Not sure if it is decent or not, it is for casual games.

My wych cult usually consists of (1250):

3 succubi (1 grief 2 cursed)
4 wych squads (3 small 1 larger)
2 hellion squads
3 reaver squads (small)
1 or 2 jetfighters
1 mandrake squad
1 scourge squad
1 beastmaster
A few small beasts

My main problem is the lack of vehicles that can eat overwatch if I meet a lot of flamers.

I'm working on improving my own Coven list at 2000pts, but basically I'm constructing a Brigade:
3 Haemonculus
x30 Wracks in 2 Raiders, and 2 Venoms
x5 Grotesques in a Raider
1 Cronos
4 Talos in Squads of 2
3 x5 Man Units of Scourges
2 x5 Man Mandrakes

Obviously, the Mercs help you fill out the Detachment, without taking away obsessions. With some of the new FAQ Rules, like the rule of Three, you almost have to build pure Covens or Cults a very specific way, since you can't just spam Haemonculus or Succubus anymore for various detachments like multiple batallions, unless you're using special characters.  Also, Wych cults don't have a Heavy Support Unit, so you really almost have to build a Batallion, Outrider Detachment, and Flyer Wing to maximize Command Points, while still following all the rules.

I think a pure coven or wych cult can absolutely work, but it is by necessity limiting in the amount of builds you'll be able to do. Honestly, with Pure Coven, I'm not really sure if vehicles or an all foot horde style with Prophets of Flesh is more competitive. With Wych Cults, I think Red Grief with 3 Raiders full of wyches, Succubus with their own venoms, As many Reavers as you can fit, and 2 Razorwings, and a Voidraven Bomber will be very good.
