First thing, I would remove all the individual points from your list, most forums frown on this.
As for the list, you've paid for a second Command Trait but only taken Soothsayer from what I can see. Would it not be worth combining the Ravagers in to the Flayed Skull battalion, making it Black Heart and saving points by dropping an Archon. Also put the Haemonculus and the Talos as a spearhead getting you a CP (make the Talos 3units of 1)
