Slow Grow Wyches needs help

I'm in the last month of the Slow Grow comp. I started really well but now I'm struggling now that forces have more armour and fire power.
I orginally want to be a pure Wych cult to challenge myself but I'm at a point I need help to be competitive again.
This is my 2000pts final list.
Advice would be fantastic at this point. (the slow grow allows complete rebuilds, which is wierd).
There are 2 Death Guard and 3 Marine forces in group (from the 10 forces).

So right off the bat I will say I think pure wych cult is the most difficult Drukhari subfaction to make a competitive list out of, they really struggle to have the same punch as kabal/coven units. That being said I've played some pure cult lists, and I think they can be really fun.

For starters, I would definetly look at the new custom wych cult obsessions in phoenix rising. Especially for a pure cult list, there are a fair number of traits that would be really handy, such as test of skill, which really helps you deal with vehicles, a target wych cults often struggle to handle. Another thing to consider is I think wych cults more than other factions really benefit from taking different obsessions in different detachments. If you're using codex detachments for example, reavers benefit a ton from red grief, while wyches are better off with cursed blade. Same case for some of the phoenix rising traits.

As far as the list goes, the first thing you want is a second razorwing, probably with disintegrator cannons. It's by far your best ranged firepower, and one isn't going to cut it. You could easily have 3 in an airwing detachment, but 2 will probably be enough. As for the rest of the list, I'd consolidate more of the wych units into 10 mans. In a cult list where you need wyches to do more damage, you want 10 mans with a shardent and 2x hydra gauntlets/razorflails to do more damage, as you can't just rely on 5 mans tying things up in melee.

The thought for the 5 man units was having them in the venoms. (I started with 2 of the strter boxes)
But i see your point about larger squads.
