Tournament List Critique - 2000pt ITC style

I'm looking at playing in some tournaments in the coming weeks and curious how you think this list will fare given the current meta.

Still taking Prophets of Flesh to hopefully act as my bullet magnets and soak up a lot of wounds. The talos with the haywire I think can present enough of a threat to flyers and vehicles that opponents will have to deal with them. The 3 man Grot unit I plan to deepstrike just to have some options/threats available.

Triple ravager Kabal of the Black Heart because they still can eat marines and vect.

Everything else in the Flayed Skull Battalion. Once again, assuming lots of marines with the +1 save this lot of poison should at least threaten a bit more.
Yvraine because she can be a psychic monster and at least gives me a chance to deny my opponents.

Off the bat, I know this list will give up Gangbusters easily, possibly Head Hunter, and Big Game Hunter/Marked for Death.
