I don't mind most of that but the DT fix is just lazy and unimaginative. Oh well, no need to run covens anymore.

I still think that liquifiers are decent weapons. However, DT is a much less attractive choice now.

Oh, also, the Competitive Edge/Razorflail issue has been fixed via Core Rules FAQ regarding rerolls.

Also, there are some other noteworthy additions to the Core Rulebook FAQ.

When bringing in a unit that has to be a minimum distance from enemy units (e.g. Deep Strike), that distance HAS to be measured horizontally.

Charging units are clarified to count as being under the effect of a 'always strikes first' rule. Also, 'always strikes first/always strikes last' is not cumulative. A unit counts as being under the effect once, regardless of the number of effects are placed on it.

Armywide rules (Combat Doctrines, PfP, etc) are only checked once, at the beginning of the game. So, if models get added to your army during the game, their keywords have no effect on your Armywide rule. I assume this errata is put in for Chaos Marine players who want to still be able to summon daemons.

Glad I didnt doof and make a separate post on this. Time to re do my lists now raiders are changed! I guess we all knew DT Liquifiers was gonna get hit but surprised they went about it that way.

Need to digest the fights first fights last clarificaiton in terms of how tormentors work in my head.

I am most happy to see DT Liquifiers and Competitive Edge/Razorflail gone. I wish that would have been addressed earlier to take out the wind of the DE boo-talk.

I would have preffered that the DE rule was changed to something like "auto-hitting weapons always cause 1 Mortal Wound", but we all know that GW's strength isn't subtly.
