Imperial Locomoter and Robert Cirillo art for sale

Just found this mentioned on Warpshadow:

Roberto Cirillo, who drew much Tyranid and Tau concept artwork, is selling 3 sets (5 pieces each) of Imperial Building concept work, as well as the Imperial War Locomoter (a.k.a. the Space Marine train) that debuted in the Apocalypse book. It also comes with the original concept art as well as a step-by-step tutorial on how it was built.

F_M I think I can identify some parts - wheels looks like looted from Ork Big Gunz, there are some Chimera Lasguns, CSM smoke launchers...

I'm pretty sure there was tutorial/wip article on GW site.
