This conversion look pretty good. The conversion is clean and powerful looking. The sky board is also very well done. It has a good dynamic and flow to it. Very well done.

OK i have finished him just trying to take some pics that look good. Any tips on this?

good lighting, grey background, zoom the camera in as far in as you can and then move the cam back until it focuses. Just a few basic tips.

Ok well I am not the best painter in the world since I just started playing but here is my baron






I Dry brushed the red on here to get this almost bronzish color. Thought it was pretty cool myself

That is a good start - nice conversion, and a promising centerpiece for an army.
Just a few tips:

photo:
- place the mini in front of a uniform background (white piece of paper, pizza box, or whatever)
- get at least two light sources and place them on both sides between your camera and the mini (I don't know if I make it clear - it's like a diamond shape: top tip is the mini, bottom tip is the camera, side tips are light sources)

painting:
- use washes for shading (especially on metallic paints)
- try drybrush for the beginning as a highlight method for the edges
