1K cult list for campaign

Man this has been a while. Not that I have abandoned 40K, on the contrary. And with mixed results
I've won last season's league in my club. This season, on the other hand, wasn't meant to be for some reason. I've played a Duke list. Good fun, but with mediocre succes. I quess I gambled too much on his deepstrike qualities.

Anyway, bygones.

I just want to share my cult list I'll be using in an upcoming campaign in our club. I know some of will argue to include some Heamonculi to boost the wyches. But this is a list built purely on fluff. So, yes I know I'll have a hard time from time to time.

Here it is:

Succubus with agoniser

7 wyches: shardnet/impaler, hekatrix with agoniser, raider with flickerfield and night shield
7 wyches: shardnet/impaler, hekatrix with agoniser, raider with flickerfield and night shield
7 wyches: shardnet/impaler, hekatrix with agoniser, riader with flickerfield and night shield

Ravager: 3 dl, flickerfield
Ravager: 3 dl, flickerfield
Ravager: 3 dl, flickerfield

Total: 1K spot on

My maiden trip is tomorow in a team with Eldar, against Blood Angels and Chaos space marines.

On a sidenote, where does the succubus go? is the cost/benefit of both a succubus and a hekatrix in one unit worth it?

The succubus will join one of the wychsquads to start. I'm a bit wary to send her of on her own.

You may have a point there that the cost/benefit of both Succubus and Hekatrix joined in one unit isn't completely worth it. I could equip her differently, yet sticking to the pure wych cult, by giving her a blast pistol and venomblade. This gives the succubus a less combat orientated purpous.

I would imagine keeping the agonizer to be sensible considdering you will be up against both BA and CSM, no?

You could switch out a Hekatix for Haywires for the rest. Then you should be able tackle most things.

Or it migt take the AT over the top, but who knows. You've got a healthy 12 DL, ther already.

In my limited experience, it's the agonizers that kill spacemarines aminly save fo a few non powered lucky hits that go through.

I sticked to list given here and what can I say?

It rocked. It all went as planned. Lances popping open tanks/transports and wyches taking care of the passengers.
Especially the Succubus/hekatrix combo is devastating. 10 agoniser attacks on the charge, eat that marine

At one time I thought about the lack of haywires though. So maybe, I'll try and squeeze them onto unit or two.

One other thing, noone believed this was just a 1K list.
