The extra Trueborn serve no real purpose. What will kill 4 Trueborn will kill 5 as well, and the only thing it *might* help is to serve as ablative for an exploding vehicle...but it also statistically moves your number of wounds in an exploding vehicle from 2 to 2.5 and that's all an armor save game anyway at that point, so I see no value in it as there's no true ablative anyway.
The webway portal aspect feels pretty tacked on also - the Warrior squad is hardly worth bringing through a WWP, and after that you have, what, the one Wych squad? I don't really get the purpose behind it, I would tend to sack the 2 Trueborn, trim the Blaster from the Warriors, sack the WWP and put the 10 man Wych squad into a Raider and overall consider the list better for it (run the Warriors as objective squatters/anti-tank snipers)
I'll also admit I'd run a Ravager over Trueborn (and would tend to run 3x Trueblasters in 1500), but as long as you're doing it with the concious goal to bring more anti-infantry to the board I can't get too grouchy about the call as it's, perhaps, just a personal value call at that point.
