Apparently summer classes still require work (go figure, right?), so I'll make this fast:

Total: 998 pts

Baron Sathonyx 105
8 Hellions + Helliarch upgrade + agonizer 153
5 Kabalite Warriors + blaster 60
Venom + splinter cannon + night shield 75
5 Kabalite Warriors + blaster 60
Venom + splinter cannon + night shield 75
10 Wyches + Hekatrix upgrade + agonizer + haywire grenades + razorflails 160
Raider + Disintegrator Cannon + Flickerfield + night shields 80
Ravager + FF 115
Ravager + FF 115

This is very similar to my 750 pt list, with added wyches. It is meant to go up against a myriad of different armies, from Space Marines of all stripes to Tau, Eldar, Dark Eldar, Tyranids, IG (eventually) and Necrons.

Venoms are anti-infantry, and pick off opponents from afar before speeding in to take objectives. Ravagers take out any heavy armor and then go to town on whatever is left. Wyches either cut down GEQ, tarpit MEQ and TEQ, or glance to death any armor that they are close enough to to wreak havoc.

My hellions are a special case. I know that a lot of people see issue with them, but they so far have found a special place in my army. Being jump infantry, they have the ability to deepstrike. 8 hellions and the Baron can drop down onto the enemy and do one of two things. First, they could dart behind cover and use the Baron's stealth to wait until the next turn and attack. Second, they could scoot across the backfield and fire 10 4+ poisoned shots into something small and easy to overwhelm, like a couple battlesuits, a dev squad or a MC. If they take that down, then they get a pain token and can for the most part weather any fire aimed their way. Either way, the goal is to get a pain token or two and then take down smaller squads or tarpit larger ones. The Baron even has a 6 strength on assault, so he can pen some smaller vehicles in cc, while everyone else besides the helliarch can glance on Armor 10 vehicles. 12 inch movement speed and fleet means that I can close very fast on anything 19-24 inches away.

After DS, you cant move, so baron and his gang will be bolter fodder.
xv8s and 88s are NOT easy to overwhelm, espechially with 10 shots. MCs usually have good saves.
10 shots bs 4 4+ wound say 3+ save=1.1 wound vs a wraithlord for ex. It has 3 wounds. No free pain token. Tyranofex? Even worse.

Warriors - 5 models, blaster - 60

2* Ravager - FF - 2*115

you would have 24 points letf to do what you can.

OR

You could go Sliscus Smile
Sliscus+2 warriors w blaster in venoms, 2 blasterborn in venoms, 2 ravagers...and thats about it.

The first one has cc potential, the second is loaded up on lance weapons - 16 to be exact.

It took me all of microecon today, but here's what I've got:

Archon- huskblade, soul trap, shadow field 135
(i actually saw a convincing block of math somewhere which argued that giving an archon combat drugs was in almost all situations not worth the 10 pts as far as kill-point ratio was concerned)
Incubi- 4 models 88
Venom- splinter cannon, night shields 75
2x 5 Warriors- blaster 60e
2x Venom- splinter cannon, night shields 75e
7 Wyches- Hekatrix, agonizer, HWG, razorflails 124
Raider- Disintegrator cannon, FF 70
2x Ravager-FF 115e

By my math, that puts me at 992 points. I'm sure I can throw another few points of something somewhere, but i'm not sure where.

I was thinking either the combat drugs, ghostplate armor for when the shadow field inevitably fails , or another wych.
