First small Army - 1000

this is my first post on this forum, so hello everyone.

I want to develop my small army, so I want to present my idea for 1000 points.

What do you think about this army? I have already played only 3 games (600 point), 2 with necrons, 1 with IG, so I have rather small experience.

You have quite a lot of upgrades on your Raiders. If you are using Nightshields then it's generally better to have them all over, rather than on only a few vehicles (or your opponent will just target those without), but they're not much use on the Wych Raider, assuming it will be getting close to the enemy.

Agonisers are overcosted too. I'd suggest trying Venom Blades instead. And I'd ditch the Cluster Caltrops from the RJBs - they don't add much and encourage you to bladevane when you could be shooting.
