| In the spirit of the new allies rules, I decided to paint up a Farseer. Now when this occurred to me, my excitement for the project was dashed upon the space rocks when I realized that I had no Farseer models. This would not do. So, I opted to create my own out of spare bits. The legs are from Micro Art Studios, the torso, one arm, and his cape are from the Dire Avengers box, the spear is from the plastic Lothorn Sea Guard kit, helmet should be fairly obvious. First up, before I ruined the model with my poor painting: And here he is with paint slapped on: Stills needs some work, namely the highlights of his highlights need highlighting, touch ups all around (especially the fish tail banner on the spear), and the sea foam for the waves on his skirt. Pretty satisfied so far though, thoughts? | |

| I like it. It all comes together very nicely... but his left arm/hand seems a little... off... | |

| He's cool, tall and looks like a great centre piece to an army. Great job. | |

Now that you mention it his arm does look a little tiny. Must be because it's all scrunched up holding the spear. | |
