| Sorry if you were offended, I didn't know airbrushes was that hard to use. And when I see the grey knights, I don't feel inferior with brush-painted models... I'm just really envious Still I am happy to see it is possible to achieve such amazing smoothness without airbrushes. - Quote :
- If I can make computer comparision brushes are Microsoft Paint while airbrushes are Adobe Photoshop.
Now I feel a little offended...

| Why? You still may blend two colours with MS Paint, tho it take a lots of strokes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uk2sPl_Z7ZU
or just make one click with PS.

| Think I'd compare them more like painting on canvas to painting in Photoshop - both takes time to learn, though the latter is a more "artifical" (in search of a better word) way of painting.
However, as garfy said earlier, it takes time to learn how to blend with an airbrush, and most likely more than to blend with Photoshop (especially as it has that function in-built).

| I feel for you garfy. I had a coworker who did a IG-Airbrush army. And while i watched him, spraying so "easily" and "fast" his stuff, with so stunning effects that i turned green in envy. So i set of to buy one of the magic-makers. 3 frustrated days later, i decided, that i would be faster with a normal brush So high respect for anyone who can handle this devils machine ;P | |

| I painted these a couple of months ago. I used my airbrush to do the blends on the hull, I quite liked the clean look so left the gang symbols off the bikes. My favourite touch is the flayed skin seat covers. | |

| No sorry dude, no commissions. The market is saturated with painters. There's not a lot of money in it nowadays unless you've won a Golden Demon. | |

Local_Ork [Π Î Л Σ Ѳ Џ Ғ Ѫ Ӂ Ҹ Ұ Γ Ħ Ψ Υ Ξ Ŧ Θ Ʒ Ť] Yep. Oh, I have access to whole (whole, not only DE) Garfy's gallery and... wow, dude! Szacuneczek ("respect" in Polish)

Not to steal your thunder, but... I have won 2 demons and it doesn't really make that much of a difference, in terms of commissions. back on topic. I LOVE the blue. it is extremely well done.! More please!

| What interests me most is the smooth transition/ fade would love to know how that is achieved, is it possible to paint black this way without getting grey ?
Nice stuff BTW, I am jealous of the apparent speed of production.

| Very nice. Your colorscheme has solved the problem I've been having as to what hair color I should give my Dark Eldar - since the primary color in the army is metal washed with purple, the turquoise hair that your Reavers have would look pretty good. I might have to custom mix some colors though, since Hawks Turquoise is a bit too blue for what I had in mind. | |

| Not sure this conglomerated blog thing is a good idea now, no one seems to be looking in on it like they were when they were individual threads. Oh well. Here's the requested Incubus shot. | |
