| Package in the webway.
It's interesting how old greenstuff slows the creation process. It takes about 10 times as long time to mix and still it aint really green. Had to get some new to catch up.
Good looking grotesques Pantofful are they a mix of talos bitz and the VC Crypt horrors? kit?

| yup, devilish, that's exactly it... with a few wrack extras as well.
I looked at all the larger sized models and felt that the horrors seemed like the best 'base' model to start with... rat ogres were close, especially because of the stitching lines, but they have other stuff on them, gear and such that would either have to be removed/sculpted over or the model would look decidedly fantasy-esque. The horrors had the bone protusions (which I saw as a bonus), and fur patches for modesty, which aren't a big deal.

| Mailed my gift after work today, should arrive in plenty of time. Then when I got home 20 minutes later, I found a pair of these metal Khymerae for my fledgling beast pack waiting for me. Thank you very much Foo, they are absolutely perfect! (will post pic of actual gift as soon as I can) | |

| Ho-ho-ho!
The raid is really picking up momentum now - of the 25 participants, 15 have reported that they have sent a gift to their victims, and 7 have confirmed that they have received a gift. There has definitely been some nice loot so far!
Let's maintain the pace everyone, send those stocking stuffers on their merry way, if you haven't already done so!

| The gift sent to me arrived today. It is a nice conversion of what could be either an Archon or what would have been (or still could be) a Dracon. I will try to get some pictures up of it.
A nice touch was the box with hand painted sigil on the front. When opened up, there was a very beautifully hand-written note on parchment paper.
Thanks a bunch! | |

The giftee indicated they played Wych Cult. So I made figures that could count as Bloodbrides, Hekatrixes, or Wych-style Incubi. I figure let him run them as he will.

| In case my sender is finnish, then I have gotten my gift (I suspect that whatever is inside isn't wrapped, so I can't open it yet). edit: Ok, I set my mom on checking what was inside a bit - it turned out my suspection was true, and she also suggested I opened it already. So I did. - Spoiler:

| A Talos/Chronos just arrived with an insane amount of magnets used - so everything, including the antenae, can be customized - Oh what a joy! Thank you! My shame for sending just untouched blisters is over the top... hope my punishment will be not too severe, so I survive till next year and send a more propper gift. | |

1. It's not an insane amount, only ... wait, I'll recount ... 49. ok, it's insane. 2. Sadly, not everything at the moment. Today I found the spare heads lying on my desk where I left them to dry. I'll send them once the Christmas chaos is over. 3. You're welcome. Glad, that you like it.

I did the same thing last year - I just sent a couple of untouched blisters and a box of Wracks (in my defense my giftee *was* one of the best converters here on site and I was horrified of even trying to do something for him. That said, I feel much better this year for choosing to step it up and do a personalized offering. Besides, now I can start trying to guilt my giftee to paint them and post pictures of the finished product with his army

| Seems I got a mysterious package in the mail today... As promised, I opened mine right away I also opened the side I was supposed to open first. Hurm, well, I *did* say cookies would always be good...but, wait, looks like there is something slid in next to the cookies... An envelope, eh? With a handwritten note (y'all are making me feel self conscious about just doing a printout.) Lulz! And look at all this swag! Easy to spot are two paint pots of some flesh colors I'm fairly certain, and lso some extra basing sand (I'll never sneer at that) A complete Scourge (I actually think this might be my first of the new Scourges...) A gun emplacement (the gun is pinned and can thus swivel - take that people who suggest it isn't a pintle mount!) He suggested I use it either on my Streets of Commoragh table or as part of a DE Aegis line, I dig it (I'm also pretty sure the 'braces' are bits from the Razorwing model, making this one quite an interesting grab bag of bitz for its construction) Some guards or maybe statues to be, or extra riders for my vehicles, or whatever. And the big ticket item, a Reaper figure that I could run as either a Scourge or as a Succubi/Archon (there is a winged option and also a cape option) I may need to see if I can manage to magnetize it for both... All I can say is THANK YOU, this was an excellent box of goodies. | |

| Hooray!! I'm glad you like it all Thor! I wasn't sure what I could possibly offer, so I decided to go with a little bit of everything. Stuff to help your table, an indie-model, and cookies.
There was a thread made about either a daemon, or warriors of chaos models for WHFB, to use as a possible Scourge HQ or some winged Archon/Succubus. I thought it was a cool idea and just different enough to stand out as a gift. I had visions of grander to try and convert that Reaper mini into said flying HQ of awesomeness... but sadly my conversions skills are not that extensive. Hence the spare Scourge. I had quite Haemonculus styled body harvesting plans for that one. But figured maybe just supplying you with the means to do so yourself would be best. Hehe.
Again, glad you liked it.
