I will start with a general note that you have tried to put to much onto your guys. There are a lot of useless or un-needed items here.

Firstly the Blast Pistol is not needed. You said yourself that the aim is to get into CC as fast as possible with him so he will almost never have a chance to use it. His Grenades would serve better in the few chances he would anyway.
The Ghostplate armour is also wasted with the Shadowfield as by the time the SF fails for you to use it he is probably about to die anyway.
You don't need a Djinn Blade and a Huskblade. You can only attack with one at a time and the Huskblade will almost always be better than the Djinn. The standard Pistol will do for giving you your +1A in CC or take a Venom Blade if you want a good MC killing weapon.
Finally the combat drugs are ok but he will be the only one in the unit to benifit. Nothing wrong with keeping them but if you need a few points they could be done without.

Nothing wrong here.

You really want a transport for these guys otherwise they will be slow and fragile both things we really can't afford as Dark Eldar. Drop them to 9 to make room for the Duke and put them in a Raider preferable with SplinterRacks. Also drop the Sybarite. If this squad makes it into CC then something has gone wrong with your tactics. Even then the Duke will do a better job for Challenges.

Same as the Warriors you want these girls in a Raider with the optional addition of some Aethersails. Hekatrix looks good I would leave her but the Wych Weapons are a bit of a point sink for this level. If you want to keep them then they won't hurt but their points may be used elsewhere.

This is a very expensive unit for this points level. The Klaivex and his addons are a bit overkill. You could do with him and his DemiKlaives if you want but the rest are terrible pointsinks and some are just bad powers. This unit will kill fine without them and free up a lot of points depending on if you just drop powers or the whole Klaivex.

- Heavy support

This guy is slow which is ok with your current list but will suffer in the long run as he takes fire crossing the field. Should you keep him then Chainflails are a must as is the additional CCW.

Since this is taking your Incubi then you really don't need the Splinterracks as there is no Splinter Weapons on board. You will also find that the Chainsnares and Shock Prow will see very little use and you should definitely drop at least the Chain-snares.

Voidraven is an expensive option at this points level especially considering the missiles you have picked. If you really want a flyer then a Razorwing should do just fine for cheaper but a pair of Ravagers would do much more. Especially with some of the points you saved elsewhere to cover the extra cost.
