First ever DE list 1000 points

Being new to DE I have had a chance to look over the codex and do some reading on the forum and have come up with a list. I haven't bought any models yet so I'm not locked into anything yet really. I would appreciate any C&C anyone has to offer. Let me know if I'm on the right track or completely off the mark with the list. Here it is.

HQ:
Baron

Troops:
Hellions x19

Warriors x10
-Splinter Cannon
Raider
-Splinter Racks

Warriors x10

Fast Attack:
Reaver Jetbikes x6
-Heat Lance x2

Heavy Support:

-Night Shields

If I've done my math correct this should be 1000 points exactly. I like the mobility that the DE have and I feel this list emphasizes it. There's a big unit of Hellions for the Baron to go with and with him making the unit troops I have 3 scoring units, which I think is a good number for 1k. I only have 3 vehicles, which I know isn't a lot, but I think the Hellions and Reavers can help put a target on them instead of my flimsy transports and help them survive. I chose splinter racks to help with the re-rolls to hit on the warriors inside the raiders. Is this a good idea? Thanks in advance.

yes. Splinter racks are very useful for our gunboats and for 1000 points Im sure that list will do just fine, best of luck. If you go down the route you are going (Which looks good to me) I would advise more reavers- Bladevanes are exceptionally good, and also don't worry to much about "Flimsy transports", try some Venoms with haywire wyches/blasterborn in them and you will soon appreciate the great paper planes of death!

Thanks for the encouragement about the transports. I planned on adding two units of 5 haywire wyches in venoms when I bump up in points.
