I tried to put together a list of units with a bit of variety that would still get the job done. The idea I have is that the scourges and reavers work mainly as AT and the wracks camp objectives. I've left out 14 points at the moment as I cant make up my mind about where to spend them

I would love to hear some opinions, especially since its the first list I've ever created

those warriors are going to die to anything so i recommend a raider ...

Aegis would be better fi you want them to survive.

Little low on AT but othervice ok list to begin with.

Looks fairly balanced but theres a few things that could be changed,
 
Haemonculus: Stock heamy is a 50p paintoken essentially. get him a LFG or a VBlade.

-Phantasm grenade launcher: I assume this is to give Heamy CC at initiative. Which is pointless as Heamy is I=4 and most likely will go last anyways

Incubi: These guys need a babysitter with PGL imho. Otherwise they are sitting ducks and after overwatch+ charge into cover they will be down to 2-3. Thats before they even get to attack.
 
i'D most likely skip the scourges or the Reavers. 2 units of expensive fancy stuff that requires a fair amount of skill to utilise well. That's not saying you can't pull it off, but say a Ravager is easier to utilise well than scourges and likely to be able to deal similar amounts of damage over a full game.
 
Also i question wracks sitting on objectives when they are in groups of 3. 1 dies and you have to morala check. DE does not sit on objectives, DE swoops in t5 to grab them.

Alright I did some changes, would this work better? The 2 wych squads and the ravager now work as the AT units

The archon is pretty weak though, maybe its better to have a haemonculus give the pain token to the incubi instead?

A few notes;
 
You are right in that the Archon is weak as things stand. My cheap archon is Shadow + Vblade + PGL (if with incubi) Thats 120p 35p that needs to be found elsewhere. Heamy can't give the incubi the PGL they need.
 
Scourges are bought for their weapon arsenal and ability to deep strike and hit rear armor with blasters/heat lances and be a general pain in the ass (pun intended). Without weapon upgrades the scourges are MEH at best.
 
You have 9 Splinter cannons but only 4 lances. Add to that incubi+archons ability to mow infantry as well as some additional poision shooting from warriros and you are quite unbalanced. Wyches are awesome at popping vehicles, but they might not get in range every game. Saturation! With 1 ravager and 2 wych venoms your enemy will target Ravager t1 and then focus on wyches. Leaving you nothing to counter armor.
 
You have nightshields on 2 vehicles out of 7, do you wish to divert fire into the venoms this way? otherwise it is usually best to either go all in or nothing with NS. (for the ones that stay at range that is)
 


I'd skip Scourges for another Ravager, and skip Nightshields. Thats 130p availible minus 105 for the ravager. Remove the splinter cannon from warriors and you have your cheap but powerful archon and some left overs.
 
Thats just me tho and your list is well on the way but the main weaknesses in my eyes are:
Lack of AT saturation
Pointless Scourge squad
Weak Archon

You make some really good points! Yeah the list was focusing a bit much on killing infantry.

As for the scourges, would two 5-man squads with haywire blasters have a better chance than 2 venoms with wyches armed with haywire grenades?

Yeah I put the NS on the ravager so it would be harder to take down first, and on the warrior raider as it contains ranged units. I was planning on getting the squads in the venoms to charge my enemy asap and not be too shooty with them and for that reason putting NS on them seems pointless, but that might not be the best way to do it.
