Skimmers moving over Flyers... Another odd Rule

In working up strategies for my new Tantalus, I just noticed a loophole that may allow it to scythevane Flyers, even when zooming.

In the Entry for Skimmers in the 6th rulebook it states that they can "Move Over friendly and enemy models" and I can't find anything that would exclude Flyers in the rules. Either 6th edition or in the Tantalus Entry itself.

That would mean that the Tantalus would automatically cause its scythevane hit at S7+an additional 1D6 AP2 hits when moving Flat out "Over" the model.

I can't find anything in the FAQs or elsewhere so it looks like we have this situation...

A: Only Snap Shots can hit Zooming Flyers and Swooping
Flying Monstrous Creatures. Therefore, any attacks that use
blast markers, templates, create a line of/area of effect or
otherwise don’t roll to hit cannot target them. This includes
weapons such as the Necron Doom Scythe’s death ray or the
Deathstrike missile of the Imperial Guard, and psychic
powers that follow the rule for maelstroms, beams, and
novas.

That would rule that out, thankfully. I thought it was a terribly silly loophole.
