Thanks! I always wanted to make sure that my new minis fitted in with my old army. It also helps that it makes em look kinda unique too!

I did a scourge today! Took a while but there isn't much more to go with this force so I'm taking my time and doing my best because I love my DE.




I think I need to put some more highlights on the carbine but other than that I'm very happy.
What do you think of the slightly alternative scheme?

My only critique is I don't like the green on the carbine. I think it distracts too much from the white facemask. I would keep it black with green gems. I did the exact same thing with my scourges and its a nice subtle touch.

Other than that I am liking this quite a lot.

How about try some trueborn on for size! I'm pretty pleased with these. Not blue IRL.



@GAR- I'm also not sold on the canister necessarily but it ties in with the rest of the army!

Next more scourges I think.

You are for sure a pioneer of mixing the old and the new together but in a good way. Really makes for a unique army. I like the last two warriors and the shimmer effect you have achieved.

However, I moved house today so I'm a bit in limbo. Especially as rehearsals have started getting more intense! We start in less than two weeks

I'm not sure if you meant it or if it is the camera, but the pale flesh on those models is just eerie.

I like it!

They aren't quite as bright as that IRL but the final highlight is indeed pure skull white.

Update time- I have been distracted by other projects recently but I have had a couple of games against my friend peaoui's alpha legion.

I got three trueborn painted today.



I am now only running one unit of trueborn in a Venom and have added another of warriors. This is to maximise on scoring units and to free up points (along with dropping sathonyx and his hellions) to get 4 incubi and an Archon in a venom. I'll post the list later on.

It has worked well in games so far.

still to paint: 7 trueborn, 1 Sliscus, 9 scourges
still to buy/ make: 1 venom

Great use of Eldar bits, love the TB on the right, looks really cool.

It is with heavy heart that I announce I'm going to have to sell this army. I've hit a financial road block this year and am struggling once again to pay rent whilst pursuing my dream of being an actor. Sadly I don't have time for 40k any more and as I don't have any regular opponents this army has to go. The listing is scheduled to start at 19.00 tonight and I'd love it to go to a proper home where they'll be gamed with, so here's the link.
