pathfinders

I am thinking about getting some pathfinders to use as allies & someone was saying that if i take them i should take a minimum of 10 as that allows me to mess with the other side at random (what i can do is based on a d6)

It seems to me that is kinda of expenisve but it maybe fun what do you (the more expeenced players) think of that ability & how annoying is it?

I'm not entirely sure what you're referring to. I'm not aware of any special rules that apply to Pathfinders based on their unit size.

they used to have an ability in the 3rd edition Craftworld Codex, now the only thing special about pathfinders is the 5+ for AP1 instead of 6+
