Just curious as to what you guys thing about this 1750 list I am planning on taking to gottacon in a few weeks.
This list has performed very well so far, but I would like to hear your comments on anything I could possibly change to make the list better. and if you are confused as to why I did or didn't take something I'll try to explain if you ask.
Dark Eldar kick ass.

Also shadow revenge I would like your words of wisdom. thanks

HQ
Baron (usually with the beasts)

ELITE
3 trueborn w/ 2 dark lances (I usually use blasterborn, but these guys have been doing more for this list so I'll stick with them for now)
venom w/ extra cannon

TROOP
20 warriors w/ 2 cannons

5 warriors
venom w/ extra cannon (sometimes/oftain the warriors start in reserve to keep them safe for objective grabbing, but I deploy the venoms.)

5 warriors
venom w/ extra cannon

FAST ATTACK
4 beastmasters w/ 6 flocks and 4 hounds ( I prefer bigger packs, but I had to cut some points and this was the only place I could think of. any other cuts just didn't seem to cut it)

HEAVY SUPPORT
Ravanger w/ 3 lances

VB w/ 2 shattershards and flicker field (primarlly AT/AA. the missles always find a nice target as well. usually infintry and light vehicles)

ALLIES (ELDAR)

HQ
Farseer w/ ruins of warding, cheap power for divination (usually perscience), Jetbike. (farseer is usually with the warrior blob, sometimes beast pack. or making my ravanger or flyers shoot better)

TROOP

3 guardian jetbikes
3 guardian jetbikes (my game winners)

HEAVY SUPPORT
3 warwalkers w/ all scatter lasers (I was considering cannons, but I don't like the drop in range at all. and losing 6t shots also isn't nice)
this unit has been the icing on the cake so far. the other day they out flanked a 50 (reducesd to about 20-30 from other shooting) guard blob behind an agis line of which one side was open and there was a wrecked russ tank there on the corner blocking most of the squad except for a commisar, librarian, heavy weapon team and 2-3 guardsmen. so I focus fired on them and ripped his libby, commisar and heavy team in one volly. i was very fun... for me! he won't be making that mistake against me.


As I said earlier this list has performed well for me so far.
the only thing I am really not fond of (and I don't know why) is the 20 man blob. it has actully bene great so far and has hardly let me down. it's a solid unit for either guarding my lines of pushing on occasion when needed. this unit has acutallly kicked butt . I just can't get my head around having a blob for DE. but the unit it working so I will prob stick with it.
I considerd a splinter boat unit instead, but I'm not a fan of losing over half the unit to exploded results)
