Its been a while since my last pictures so its time to update you all on how the blade is coming along.
Day 7 was spent with 3 hours sanding mdf, filling with epoxy putty and then after some time beginning the sanding on the putty.
I have to say that plummers putty which is what I was using until I can get some proper putty smells terrible and thanks to the sanding, the dust gets everywhere and leave me smelling of the stuff for the rest of the day let alone clogging up the sanding wheels.
Day 8 just had an hour and a bit spent finishing up the sanding, ready for bondo.
Yesterday I took half a day off work for my Birthday and spent anoter 2 hours doing some touch up sanding and then begain the filling.
Hopefully this weekend I will be able to finish the basic filling and have my first piece primed and ready for detail sanding.
