When precision shots are made, do you take the units majority toughnes or the models toughness that the precision shot has been allocated to?
Came up in game last night and we couldn't find it in the rule book.

Good question, but the key word is wounds from Prescision shots are allocated meaning that you would roll to wound before choosing who gets it (p.63) So majority
