So my embarrasing question is: How fast can our vehicle move?? I know I should just look in the codrex but people keep disagreeing with me. The way I read it: We can move 18 in the movement fase and an additional 12 in the shooting fase giving us a total of 30 if no shots are fired. Am I reading that right? Sorry...

12" in the movement phase, and then we can flat out 18" in the shooting phase. For a total of 30".
