you definately need more troops. I would drop the second archon for a beefer 3rd warrior squad, and maybe the lanceborn and a blasterborn for another troop choice. Also if you drop the nightshields, you can get a PGL for your archon with the incubi, so they can assault through cover. With the loss of the lanceborn for another troop choice, I would switch the second ravager into lances over dissies

As SR said, I'd swap the disintigrator out for lances on the second ravager. I'd also drop the 3x trueborn with cannons. You can use the points to add a 4th blasterborn to your blaster squad, and give your archon a soul-trap. This would leave you with 21 points left to tweak some units. Could take murderous assault on your klaivex, and throw a torment grenade launcher on your incubi raider, or some grisly trophies or something.

Idk if not using flyers can be considered being nice. Our flyers are kinda suck...

answer to flawed, did i mention the time when i destroyed a vane blade with my void raven? lol
or maybe the time i destroyed three vindicatos with a void raven?

You're fighting against newbies and everything you have is embarked on a transport. Most newbies have massive trouble in bringing enough anti-tank.

I'd suggest putting about half of your stuff on foot. Maybe even advancing towards one of their objectives with Wyches or something. You'll still most likely win, but you won't crush them and you'll give their infantry something to do at all.
