No FAQ is needed. It is one of many totally useless pieces of equipment in our codex. One would wonder what went through Phil Kelly's mind when he came up with this crap. | The Eldar ruling is only for another couple months so it isn't a big deal. | |

In future please start a new topic in the Rules section for a question about game mechanics rather than post in a topic that has nothing to do with what you want to ask.
