Hay, im fresh of the boat with 40k and been reading up on the codex a little, im by no means an einstein with math so i may be off abit here:

i LOVE the succubus models and will by no means not take one(haters gonna hate) but i wont mind stepping down my crazy a little if its just plain out horrible, would love some critique on the list.

Lose the blast pistols those succubi are in archon cost range, besides if you can fire that weapon it won't matter because hwg's will do better. Also If you arent completely attached to the idea of 2 id go with a single HQ since each is nearly another unit.

Here's a thought why not get some incubi for your succubus to roll with?

What are the scourges supposed to do? They should have special weapons of some sort. The models rock but I can't say I've used em. Its my impression that other units do their roles better but again the models are nice.

Warriors could really use splinter racks or venoms instead, although it looks like you've intentionally avoided venoms.

yeah i kinda avoided venoms since i cant afford storage at the moment(might get some later in the year)
the scourge is mainly agaisnt nids since i know alot of the 40k players at the local club plays them, might be better options thou.
i like the idea of 2 hq thou il ask around my local club for advice on how i could better use the points and see if i like it better, thanks again man.

why do people bring blasters with troops? I always assumed troops should be for taking out other troops.

its not meant to be a competetive list, il likely get more competetive after i try it out and swap some stuff around and try out new tactics etc etc.
