New to DE and 40k First 500pts list CC welcomed

Hiya so after getting the dark vengeance box and playing around with that, getting to grips with the rules I have decided to build dark eldar as my first proper army. Ive been looking around and researching what people think is good and trying to build  a fast balanced list. This is what I came up with thanks in advance for any comments/advice.

1x phantasm grenade launcher

3x incubi 146
1x klaivex
1x venom
2x splinter cannon

8x warriors 142
1x raider
1x night shields

5x wytches 125
5x haywire grenades

2x splinter cannon

The plan is to stick the Archon with the Incubi to grant grenades to the squad and let the klaivex take any challenges, raider lance plus wytches with grenades should hopefully take care of any vehicles at this points level.

To me, also a newbie, the list seems fine. I don't think you need the Klaivex with the Incubi abd can put in just a regular 'Bus there. Maybe give your HQ a venom blade. Umm also I think you forgot to put in the points for the venom with the wytches.

You're rather low on vehicle popping guns: what size table will you be on? if 4x4 or less, you should be fine, as the Haywyches are very good once they get there, but if full size I'd consider replacing the Incubi with a Darklight solution, either Lanceborn as long-range or Blasterborn as drive-by.

it should be 1 standard table which i think is 4x4 not sure tho

I would drop the klaivex and give the archon some form of a weapon. Even a venom blade ups his damage output greatly
