Im an Exile from Commoragh (part of the army and not an ally)

They are a dark eldar who has come down with a nasty outbreak of psychic powers.

They are part of the Exodite army and not a DE aly, (even though there may be a DE ally)

Basically you choose any DE character at standard points cost and upgrades options

Im not sure how to allocate their power level? Have a table to roll on?

Some characters will have a better chance of a higher power level, such as anyone who has been altered, (Solarites and haemies, also nightfiends)
