Wellcome to the forum and de! I would suggest you to read some battlereports and tactics section to get better idea of how de work.

In general keep upgrades to minimium. De do not have good allpurpose unista like marines do. And Venoms cost 65 as the second splintercannon is always taken.

I  elieve that the lis is illegal as a single beastmaster can have EITHER razorwings OR khymerae. Not both. I find razorwings a subpar choice to Khymerae in my meta.

As Vasara says, always take the second splintercannon for your Venoms.

Lose hekatrix and wychweapons. Wyches are either antitank or countercharge or terminator destroyers. Keep them cheap.

I find blasters with 5 warriors worth it as the enemy cannot ignore them even with mech lists.

Spending points on two archons is a waste IMHO for an elf who insta-dies against S6.

Taking Splinter Cannons (long range shooting) and Shredders (short range shooting) in one unit is contraproductive. Better give them cannons and haywire grenades for multipurpose unit or blasters and HWG for tank destroyers as blasters are assault. 5 trueborn, 4 blasters means 6 inch move, 6 inch deploy, 4 lances and 1 HWG in shooting, 5 HWG in assault with fleet troops = approx 5-6 guaranteed hullpoints gone on ANY vehicle within cca 20 inches... even Titan... for an unit costing under 200 pts...
