So this came up yesterday. What do night shields do to 6 inch pistols? My opponent had melts pistols and we weren't sure if it means he can't shoot them at my vehicles or not. I gave um a 1 inch range figuring its still a gun and it shoots, but we are both curious on the actual ruling for it.

They have no effect.
The last sentence on the Night Shields description says: "Night shields have no effect on template or barrage weapons, as well as weapons with a maximum range of 6" or less."

Than squid. IRS been awhile since I read it. First time someone got close to me with a pistol. I remembered the no effect on tenpletes which sucks Cruz it would a been nice against the hellturkey lol
