Dark Eldar Reaper

Greetings all.

Today I would like to discuss the topic of the Forge World product know as the Reaper. Price wise, it is about the same as a Ravager, and point wise it is more. I found experimental rules on a link from FW, and I wanted to see what you all thought. (As I am still new, I cannot post links. Go to the Forge World site, click Dark Eldar, and in the description for the Reaper there is a link to the rules.)

Also, do you think it would be worth running in a 1,500 point army?
