Question about posting a tactics.

I found a nice Tactics for 7th edition Dark Eldar on Miniwargamings forum written by Hedonismbot.
since i don´t want to get in trouble with the moderators i wanted to ask if i should post JUST the link or copy the entire post to this board??

copy link and post the important parts with appropriate quotations marks etc

Basic preference would be linkage - also, maybe offering a few of your own thoughts as to what bits of the article helped you or clicked right would be cool as it would help fuel the conversation on this end.

I like the guide partially because it up to date.
And it´s a bit similar to the one posted here on the site.
So maybe it could serve as a companion piece, to the one post here on the site.
