Fleshcraft

Fleshcraft is regular business amongst Dark Eldar, but how about the regular kind of Eldar? I am building an Eldar Corsair army using the DE rules, so I wondered how they look on that sort of thing and how I could justify them utilizing Grotesques and possibly having a Haemonculus in the army, despite not directly belonging to the dark kin (although trade and visits to Commorragh do happen regularly).
Any ideas on that matter?

Lots of DE get in trouble and have to flee the Dark City. Maybe the Haemmy took off and found refuge with a Corsair prince. His facilities would be limited in a spaceship, but still enough to put together a few Grotesques.

Well, fleshcraft is possible for corsairs, but more of a plastic surgery type. Really coven units I don't think are common ... but on the other hand, the galaxy is quite vast. It's possible that some corsair fleet bartered with a coven for some of their "works". After all, DE are foremost merchants with the goal of personal gain/power, what would be better than a favour of a corsair prince?
