You've got a pretty decent starting list here. The only absolute "must change" thing for me is the Demiklaives on the Klaivex, it's overpriced to start and in such a big squad you don't need the extra attacks. I'd swap it for nightshields on the Incubi Raider, you've got a lot of points riding in that boat so the 3+ jink will definitely come in handy.

Digging into the list a little deeper, I'm not sure the Sybarites and Haywires are necessary for the warriors, it's 15 wasted points every time they don't shoot a vehicle (but maybe you see lots of vehicles and they've been working great for you). I'd also probably spilt up the incubi into 2 or 3 smaller squads (when I take incubi I use squads or 3, 3, and 4 with an Autach). Drazhar and incubi are great for wiping out non-CC units (scatterbikes/marine squads/etc.) but aren't really tough enough to go toe-to-toe with the CC specialists in other armies (mainly because they have no invuls) and T3 3+ saves will get shot down pretty easily if they get caught in the open. Drazhar himself is also fairly overpriced, but if you want to keep him it's not the worst thing in the world. Assuming you want to keep him I'd split the incubi into a 3 man with Drazhar and a 6 man with Klaivex, and drop the sybarites to pay for a 2nd raider with sails and shields. They're still big enough to murder any 5-10 man squad, but can hit more targets and your opponent has to take out twice as many raiders to leave them stranded.

I don't use reavers enough to comment on them for sure, but to me the big squad looks too expensive for what it does.

What are your intentions with the units? Deepstrikers? Reserves? What happens if you don't go first and it's not Nightfighting, etc

Ravagers usually work better in pairs or triplicate as they then threaten many different targets (tanks, monstrous creatures, special characters, etc)
