Shadow Spectres

I recently asked FW two questions about these guys and wanted to know if anyone else had asked or just give myself a place to post their rresponse.

So first off thearly shadow Spectre exarch for some reason didn't get the bonus wound that all other exarchs got with the update. But I'm not hopeful.

The second was about the holo-field. The unit entry says it DOES stack with stealth and such whereas on the Phoenix lords page the same gear says it DOES NOT stack.
