competitive 1500 point with eldar allies

So i know there is a lot of hype around the new formation thing but, i feel that just taking another cad  accomplishes the same thing. any way here is a list idea that i was throwing around for a bit. would like to here all comment good and bad. I wont get offend just would like to know if this list would be balanced and good enough to win tourneys.

I am not sure on the holo-fields but giving them a save makes me think that it would be worth it?
IDK thoughts? I have never played in a competitive tournament before but feel this list would do well against a majority of things.

ASlo i am curious to know what i would add/ cut to this list to make it 1850pts as i would like a similar list for that as well.

Where's the Farseer going? In with one of the Reaver units?

It seems like it's kind of all over the map, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. There's a lot of redundancy, which is always good. A lot of your units can do double duty in different roles.

i am not really sure where the farseer goes. either with the revers, grots, or eldar bikes i was thinking. I am prolly gonna have to move him around a bit to avoid his death and keep him in the middle of the field.

No. For the Reavers. Whichever squad the autarch goes in is your primary charging unit. Grotesques and other Reaver squads pile in on things that won't die to one round of HoW. I firmly don't believe you gain anything by keeping the haemy with the grots. Covens units really only care about PFP turn 1. If they live past turn 3 they likely live for almost the whole game anyway, but speeding up turn 3 to happen turn 2 via the haemy simply doesn't help with this due to that moment also being when most armies hit their hardest. You may have fearless turn 1 but anything that would kill you turn 2 is still going to kill you turn 2 even if you have IWND.

The autarch is also there to guarantee your reserve rolls.+1 to your reserve rolls is huge.

is 100 points worth it for just the wwp though? i mean wraith guards dont need any help except getting in position. it alos makes a 300 point unit with a target on its back something i was trying to avoid. im not saying i shouldn't do it just trying to understand the line of thought. because for the same points i could just have a wraithknight

It will kill a wraithknight. You can't have a target on your back when your only job is to arrive from deep strike reserves and annihilate something. Precision deep strike takes away the very thing you faulted about wraithguard: lack of mobility and a wave serpent is more than the haemonculus.

ok so you convinced me +1 wraithgaurd with d-scythes and a wwp on heamy for 245pts. I dont think i need the scissorhand then on the heamy do i? no one in there right mind will charge them.
only concern about spending the other 100 points on an autarch is i have no anti air.  and if i cut the scissorhand i have 119 pts to play with. i could cut the farseer for the autarch and save 100 points but haveing a psyhic presence i think helps with over lap (kind of the idea behind the list to have a swiss army knife with great tools instead of bad tools and more than one to pick apart the enemy with the perfect counters. (wraithguard does do that very well with template and d- weapons)

edit: Whats your thoughts on a couple wrath battery's each with a vibro cannons might work well with the -1 leadership thats getting spread around? and still have some more beaffy weapons for anti tank? also would increase my mutiplle small units. doesnt help the air situation any though
