Grey knights are my second army behind dark eldar.
And not to sure how I feel about this, bit of a mixed bag with some things improving and others being a definite nerf. Oh well, see how they play out.

The fact that all infantry are psychers and all of them can use smite in the psychic phase, looks pretty good for them.

Each unit can use Smite (or one other power), not each model.

This is true, and it is still powerfull. They don't lose their psychic ability when models die, either, so it is almost impossible to wipe out their psychic phase.
