Welcome aboard! I highly recommend the Splintermind podcast (it's got it's own section on this forum) they've got great tactics episodes like 24: Skari and the Spider and 16: Realspace Raiding for Noobs and also great lore episodes like The True Kin Through the Ages (Episodes 17 and 18).
