2k List

Would love some list critiques for this list I put together yesterday. Incubi are all in BH raiders, trueborn are in the OR raiders. Goal is a turn 1 charge with the incubi's raiders then pile out turn 2 while the trueborn float around for objectives.

What is the plan if you go up against a hoard style army, like a Necron Silver Tide?

Incubi will be clutch, since they are your main counter punch. The Raiders they are sitting in will cost over 300 points, may want to consider Screaming Jets one squad if you dont have the space to hide everything during deployment.

Generally looks good! Curios how a Kabal Only forces will work out

Horde plan is letting the incubi do their job and getting the scourges to where I need them. I do still have 6 trueborn in each boat with 24" double shots thanks to splinter racks.

Let us know how it goes.

Just so you know, If the Dynasty is Nephrekh, with an Archon nearby Incubi will only clear the full unit 16% of the time. you need to kill 5 and have them stay dead to get to 80% reliability. Any other Dynasty with the Archon near by 60% chance to wipe the full squad of Warriors.

Ok so I ended up winning last weekend. Played against a Kronos nids list with 2 barbed hierodules, 2 units of warriors, tyranid prime, exocrine, malanthrope, unit of zoanthropes, and a neurothrope as warlord.

Thanks to a dickish employee at the LGS we played at they forced us to pack up at the end of turn 3. By then I was ahead by around 20 victory points playing pillars.

Managed to either kill or almost kill both hierodules by end of second turn with lances/blasters. Due to bad deployment and movement I lost all the raiders carrying incubi, but incubi all survived to end of the game. Only managed to get one squad in combat along with an archon but they wiped out the neurothrope and almost both units of warriors before we had to end the game.

All in all I could have done much better if I a) remembered my raiders have a 5++ all the time, b) played the objectives and keep away game a bit better, and c) focused fire and managed his line of sight to my raiders a lot better. Overall it wasn't horrible but I felt like my mistakes were hindering me more than his battle plan was.
