My army list atm

it isn't much atm but I'm going to get trueborn because I really need some elites!

hq:

Where do your HQs go?

Moving this to the 'Army Lists' section where it belongs, maybe afterwards I'll be a nice guy and offer a review.

Edit;

1. I agree with the above poster - you have no room for your HQs with any of your Troop units, and the HQs wouldn't want to join up with any of the other units.

2. The stunclaw is a terrible weapon in my opinion, first off there aren't many ICs that only 6 Hellions could beat up, and second off Hellglaives really benefit from the charge, so if you hit and run usually it's better to be left in the open so you can charge again on your turn.

3. What do you see as the purpose of the Voidraven? At the moment you are spending a lot of points on it while not actually clearly having a plan for what it will be doing. I'd probably drop the missiles and use it as a tank hunter/anti-aircraft tool, personally.

4. I personally don't like pairing Caltrops and heat lances in RJBs (especially a squad so small) as if you pay for the caltrops you should just keep bladevaning, and at that point is there much value to the heat lance?

5. The Talos is painfully slow compared to the rest of the list - they'll be getting into combat turn 1-2, and he won't till turn 3-4. As such he feels a little 'odd man out' here. I would tend to favor a Ravager there, instead of him. If you do wish to run the Talos make sure you're going to muscle him up front and center to try and draw fire and force the enemy to fight him.

the only way of transporting the hqs is to drop 2 wyches and i don' like that idea, so atm i join them together and send them in with the talos, although i would much prefer to put them in a venom, but which unit would buy the transport for them?

Why don't you like that idea? At the cost of dropping two Wyches you give the Wych unit a pain token to start, and also a rather beefy beatstick of an Archon to help them assault stuff.

For he Archon you get him a transport, to allow him to get into h2h combat asap as opposed to walking around in the middle of the board hoping someone wanders close enough for him to stabby them while hopefully no one just shoots him to death.

Frankly I'd also at least put the soul trap on the Archon - he's the one you're going to be wanting to duel ICs with, not the Haem.

I've just got a unit of incubi to escort the archon, but they don't have a transport so should I use the kabalites' raider for the incubi and the kabalites can just stay back. I know I need a venom, but thanks to finecast my budget is zeroed and will be until I can be bothered to earn some more.

I have gone on a part-swapping attack on my guys, as the sybarite now has a splinter rifle, the helliarch has a venom blade and the archon now has a PGL to help the incubi battle their most annoying problem-charging through cover.
I haven't had the chance to play a game with any of the new additions, but I will let you know what the outcome is when I do.
