The new Eldar section - how it affects the forum

Greetings everyone,

As you all know Eldar have just been released with shiny new models and most importantly, a new codex. This release is especially important for us as it does not only affect the meta but also gives us access to new units as allies. For those who've been living under a rock, allies have really changed up 6th edition and with Eldar being battle brothers you could say they are just an extension of the Dark Eldar codex.

The new background has really blurred the edges between the two Eldar factions too, this isn't some High/Dark Elf hatred, these are just two aspects of the Eldar race fighting to survive.

Anywho, with the new release we have opened up a Craftworld Eldar & Corsairs section to cater for our new Eldar needs.

Here's where Eldar discussion should go on The Dark City.

General discussion, tactics and army lists in Craftworld Eldar & Corsairs.
Background discussion in Background.
Painting, project logs and stories may go in their respective DE sections with a Craftworld Eldar: prefix.

Any rules discussion, no matter the origin is allowed in Rules.

Use of Eldar as allies should go in the Eldar section, as should Eldar army lists with them as the primary detachment.

Previous Eldar codex discussion will stay in the depths of Other Mercenaries; consider this forum a clean slate.

Remember this will always be a Dark Eldar forum.
