1850 dark eldar tourney list. Swedish komp style tourney. Looking for C&C

So the tourney will be Swedish komp style, allowing 3 komp points: http://www.emphy.com/dino/LBKcompDoc.pdf this is my list, looking for c&c. Taking vect for the alpha strike, he'll be riding in a raider with the squad of 9 warriors.

List looks solid.
No useless upgrades. Lots of cannons, pretty good at.

The only thing that I will say is be careful with the splinter racks.  That meaning don't feel that the warriors have to stay in the boats. When a boat explodes they tend to take half+ of the unit with it.  
And one consideration to maybe consider is to maybe drop the 9 warriors to 5, remove the racks from their raider and toss a few blasters in there for crap and giggles.  Or at least squeeze in a few grisky trophies to re-roll LD/pin checks

Mechanised Eldar hard counter this list. Will not be easy time with Necrons too.

Any Mech army would down the ravagers turn one and pick you apart the rest of the game. Its a solid list, but not for tourneys.

In current meta its crap list. Serpent Spam, Necron Air Force, triple Drakes, triple Riptides etc will eat this list. Ravager is your only reliable source of dark lances, and killing 3 Ravagers is just a little bit more difficult than killing 3 Rhinos.

Somewhat harsh but I tend to agree. You have nothing that can deal with flyers, very little that can deal with mech after the Ravagers are destroyed (which they will be). You're good vs infantry and (flying) MCs but that's about it.

With only 13 lance shots, to me, it's woefully short of AT. I would want a minimum of 18-20 lances/blasters... And would probably prefer 24+.

I would be swapping out vect for the duke myself

Did anyone read the komp rules I linked? There's restrictions on what people can bring to 3 komp. People are listing builds that are illegal for this tourney...

No restrictions for 6th Venom? 9 Venoms (2 points) and three Ravagers (1 point) with 5 night shields. And Lanceborn to kill stuff. And a large reaver squad with caltrops. Or two smaller ones of objective denial.

3 points if I understood correctly the comp.
MSU is the best DE got.

Honestly man I think vect isnt worth it. Instead consider taking the komp hit and include baron + large beast pack and some trophies. This one change would go a long way to address nearly all the issues people have been raising while baron still does work at getting you first turn.

Edit- no komp for beasts in DE primary. Even better. (also gawd I hate comp what a mess)
